| Receptionist Monday - 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday - 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday - 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Thursday - 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Friday - 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

| Grant Writing Work on a team researching and writing grants.

| Public Relations Serve on a team helping in the following areas: 1)Posting posters and information around the community 2)Making phone calls to churches regarding upcoming presentations 3)Prepare mailings 4)Attending community functions, manning the Arts in Action table

| Decorating Each month we have a new scripture and theme 1)Find or make appropriate decorations to depict our monthly theme 2)Help decorate in each room - Usually on the last Friday of the month

| Bulletin Boards Update and decorate our three bulletin boards 1)Community Bulletin Board downstairs 2)Information Board in the waiting area 3)Bulletin Board in Studio B

| Office Work Come in at your convenience 1)Filing, typing 2)Helping with miscellaneous mailings 3)Help with inventory
